Advanced Movement Therapist AMT Chris completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor in 2012. With a passion for exercise physiology and exercise rehabilitation, he went on to pursue a Master of Human Kinetics with a specialization in Applied Human Performance, also at the University of Windsor. Growing up, Chris was involved in athletics including football, soccer, hockey, and snowboarding. During his University career, Chris had the chance to work with the Barrie Colts as an assistant therapist and was the team trainer for Barrie Lakeshores Jr. lacrosse team. These experiences have exposed him to a wide- variety of athletic injuries and familiarized him with the proper rehabilitation and prevention of these injuries. Chris has experience working with elite and professional athletes dealing with injuries and implementing strength and conditioning programs. He brings an evidence-based approach to all his training methods and believes that educating his clients is the most important factor in their success. Chris has been a Movement Therapist at Concept of Movement since 2014, he hopes to share his knowledge and experience with his clients at COM to help them reach their individual goals.
