Kevin Khan completed his degree in Kinesiology with Honor’s from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2011. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Kinesiologist. With the drive for knowledge and professional development in rehabilitation and sport science, he went on to pursue his Masters of Human Movement Sciences with a specialization in Rehabilitation and Functional Recovery at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
Kevin has worked with an array of clients, from the elderly seeking to gain or maintain their mobility and functionality for better quality of life to athletes wanting to become stronger and faster for that competitive edge. These endeavors have shown him numerous ways to approach training these populations, whether it is for rehabilitation or strength and conditioning.
Having been an injured competitive athlete himself, Kevin has experience in a variety of sports and competitions, such as baseball, volleyball, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting. He is a strong advocate that if you are recovering from an injury or even injury-free, there is always room for improvement in all aspects of your training. Kevin will put you through the wringer but you and your body will appreciate it in the end wink
